By using EZPZCert (ezpzcert.com), you agree to these terms. EZPZCert is operated by InGaim Partners LLC.
By creating an account or using EZPZCert, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. EZPZCert is intended solely for adults pursuing professional certification and is not directed to anyone under 18.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. One account per person — no shared or group accounts.
New EZPZCert accounts include a 7-day free trial of all Pro features. We collect your payment method up front through Stripe Checkout when you sign up — you will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime before the end of day 7 through the billing portal in your profile to avoid the charge. If you do not cancel, your subscription converts to monthly EZPZCert Pro at the end of day 7 (see Section 5 below). Your study progress is preserved in your account whether or not you continue.
EZPZCert Pro: $19.99/month, billed monthly through Stripe, after the 7-day free trial described in Section 4 above. Applicable sales tax (currently Utah; additional states added as we register) is calculated and added at checkout.
Your Pro subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancel anytime through the billing portal in your profile. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged and your Pro access continues through the end of day 7. If you cancel after the trial converts, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The 7-day free trial is your opportunity to evaluate Pro before any charge, so we do not generally issue refunds for partial months once the trial converts. If you were charged in error or have extenuating circumstances, contact us at legal@ezpzcert.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.
EZPZCert uses AI (powered by Anthropic) to power the AI Tutor and certain explanation features. AI Tutor responses are for educational purposes only and are not official guidance from any certifying body. AI can make mistakes — use it as a study tool, not as a guaranteed predictor of your actual certification exam performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. If we terminate your account, you will not be charged for future billing periods, but we do not issue refunds for the current period.
EZPZCert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform accurate and available, but we are not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InGaim Partners LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
