By using EZPZCert (ezpzcert.com), you agree to these terms. EZPZCert is operated by InGaim Partners LLC.
By creating an account or using EZPZCert, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. EZPZCert is intended solely for adults pursuing professional certification and is not directed to anyone under 18.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. One account per person — no shared or group accounts.
EZPZCert is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Creating an account is free and requires no payment method. When you buy, you get full access to the EZPZCert material for the certification track you purchased. Nothing renews, nothing is billed again, and there is no subscription to cancel. Your study progress is preserved in your account whether or not you buy.
Full access: a one-time payment of $29, processed through Stripe. We run promotional pricing from time to time; the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable sales tax (currently Utah; additional states added as we register) is calculated and added at checkout.
There is no recurring charge. We will not bill your payment method again after your purchase unless you deliberately make another purchase.
We may change the price of EZPZCert at any time, including ending a promotional price. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made — what you paid is what you paid.
Your purchase covers the certification track you bought. It does not automatically include certification tracks added later, and it does not include the certification exam itself, which is purchased from and administered by the certifying body.
If EZPZCert isn't right for you, email support@fivefire.app from the address on your account within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request.
A refund ends your access to the paid material. Your account, study history and progress remain, and you are welcome to purchase again later. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you were charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact us at the address above and we will make it right regardless of the 30-day window.
EZPZCert uses AI (powered by Anthropic) to generate certain explanations and study material. AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and are not official guidance from any certifying body. AI can make mistakes — use it as a study tool, not as a guaranteed predictor of your actual certification exam performance. Additional AI features, including an interactive AI Tutor, are planned but not yet available.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. EZPZCert is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing further to bill you for. If we terminate your account within 30 days of your purchase, the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies, except where the account was terminated for cause under this section. After that window, purchases remain non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InGaim Partners LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
